A Seafood Lover’s Delight! Steamed Shrimp!
“Bring our your inner Chef”
Make a wonderful meal for the family or just a quick snack.
Use the following ingredients:
- 5 T. Old Bay Seasoning
- 5 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 c. White House White Distilled Vinegar
- 2 cans beer
- 5 lbs. fresh or frozen shrimp
In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil. Add shrimp; stir gently. Cover; steam until tender, approximately 10 minutes per pound for small, 20 minutes per pound for large shrimp. Drain. Remove shell and vein on back.
Leave the shrimp to cool and serve over salad or rice.
