I use the White House apple cider vinegar to add to my dairy goats water. They love the taste and it keeps the flies away from them and it worms them too! I recommend your brand to other dairy goat owners.
I use this in many recipes and its great.
Is this type of your Apple Cider Vinegar pasteurized?
Hi, our Apple Cider Vinegar is unpasteurized.
Hello!
I wanted to know if you guys add sugar in the process of
making it?
Hi Mari,
We do not add any sugar in our vinegar.
I found a bottle in my pantry that was 18 months beyond the best buy date and is a fairly dark brown in color. Is it still good for consumption? I don’t know why it would go bad.
Hi Ted,
Send us picture of the bottle. Our folks understand vinegar very well and we could offer a good suggestion. Send the picture to marketing@nfpc.com! Look forward to it!
Hello, I wanted to know if you all still sold your apple cider vinegar in the gallon jugs. Have not been able to find it anywhere.
Is this product pasteurized?
Hi Jennifer, this product unpasteurized.
What is the debris at the bottom of my vinegar and that floats in the vinegar when I pour it in to a vinegar serving pitcher
It is most likely the MOTHER. It’s what makes Apple Cider Vinegar a good-for-you product. For centuries, the MOTHER has been used to provide energy and overall good health.
Hi Rachel, White House Vinegar is at 5% acidity and it is very possible for pasteurized vinegar to grow mother (if placed in the proper conditions).
Hi Carter, it’s unpasteurized.. thanks for tip!
