Peanut-Cabbage Salad

2 T. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1-1/2 c. water
3 T. mustard
1/2 c. peanuts, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c White House White Distilled Vinegar
1 head cabbage, shredded

Sift dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, water, vinegar, and mustard and mix well. Pour into dry mixture and stir well. Pour into saucepan and cook until dressing is thick and smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Combine cabbage and peanuts in a bowl. Pour in dressing and toss.
