I just took this delicious cake out of the oven. It looks just like the pic on your website. I am not making the glaze. Really, the cake is sweet enough without it. It’ is half gone already. Warm, and moist. Great with coffee. I used applesauce with cinnamon, and cut brown sugar to 1 3/4 cups, and I did not pack the sugar. This recipe is a keeper!
