Baked Spareribs “Aloha” Recipe

What you need..

3 pounds spareribs

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup White House Apple Cider Vinegar

2-1/2 cups pineapple tidbits with juice

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard”

How to make it..

Cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan, bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour. Caution: HOT! Pour off excess fat. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Mix together the rest of the ingredients  (including White House Apple Cider Vinegar) and pour over the ribs. Bake for 1-1/2 hours. Baste frequently by spooning mixture over ribs.  4 servings depending on size.
