White House Foods processes orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Properly completed orders submitted prior to 5:00 PM ET will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day.
All orders must have a valid shipping address, orders using a P.O. Box must provide a mailing address.
We will send you an order confirmation email after you place your order. This email will also include the estimated delivery date.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Click on the link in that email to go to the UPS website and track your shipment.
Once an order is placed, you may receive your order sooner or later depending on unexpected order processing factors, weather delays, and in the case of standard shipping, transit timelines.
All Sales are final. We do not accept returns once order has shipped. All orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded.
To make changes to your order (change product size, shipping address), please contact us by phone at (540) 662 – 3401. We are available from 8:00 AM – 5PM Monday through Friday. Please contact us as soon as possible because we begin processing orders as they are being placed, which gives us a brief period of time to make changes. If you are attempting to reach us outside of our normal business hours, please notify us via email through Order Support.
